Making Cupcakes

WALHT:write a Procedure(step by step) to make 48 Cupcakes.

Ingredients

4 packets cake mix

8 eggs

12/4 or 3 cups milk

16 tablespoons of butter

Utensils

----------------

Handmixer

Big bowl

Measuring cup

Spoons

Cupcake trays

Paper cups.

Method

1.Switch on the oven to 170 degrees.

2. Empty the cake mix into the bowl.

3. Add 16 tablespoons of butter.

4. Crack 8 eggs.

5.Pour them into the big bowls.

6.Mix for 3 or 4 minutes.

7.Fill ½ way.

8. Bake for 15 minutes.

9.Eat and taste

Peanut Butter Biscuits

Ingredients

    1 cup  softened butter  227 grams.

    1 cup of smooth or crunchy Peanut Butter.

    1 cup of Chelsea white sugar.

    1 cup of Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar.

    2 eggs.

    1 1/4 cups flour.

    1 cup of baking powder.

     1 cup of baking soda.

     1/4 tsp salt.

      2 cups of Chocolate Chips.

Handmixer

Big mixing bowl

Measuring cup teaspoon.

Method

1. Put butter into a big mixing bowl.
2. Cut butter into small cubes.
3. 1 cup of Peanut butter.
4. Put the Peanut butter with the butter into the bowl.
5. Then mix it.
6. Crack two eggs into the Peanut butter cup.
7. Then put it in the bowl with the other ingredients.
8. Mix again.
9. Add some salt
10. 2 cup of Chocolate chips.
11. Insert ½  table spoon of salt.
12. Add two cups of Chocolate chips.
13. Mix after added all ingredients.
14. Create a little ball after it has been mixed with the mixer.
15. Decorate the ball with the Vanilla and Chocolate chip on top.
16. Switch the oven to 180 degrees fahrenheit.
17. Put the pieces of balls into the oven for 12 minutes to bake.

Matariki Art

Todays Art was called starry starry night art. This Art is about Stars and about Van Gogh. We did this art because Matariki was almost coming on May and June that why we did the art Starry Starry night. This starry starry night art it took a few lessons to get it right. We did this art so we can do a display on the art so we can show our parents and the whole school and even the other teachers too.

Basic fact Term 2 Maths

   This week I improved a little and try to get 100% in stage 5 I will go home and practice my prototec maths at home. But maybe next week I would like to do my best at it and give it my all. By the end of term 2 I hope to go to stage 6 and 7.

lotus and the bell

Today room number 8 went to the temple with other classrooms like room 7,6,4 and 3. What we learnt at the temple was to make a nice lotus flower and a bell given at the end of the trip.On the bell it has a red card that says give joy give hope and confidence and say good word and lastly even think good thoughts.

Inspired

On Friday 25th of May there was a special assembly and two special men called Viii and Mayo Doing a show for Glen Innes school . Viii was a samoan man who does stuff on the radio Mayo is the cool Maori dancer who can dance like Michael Jackson.They came to our school to send us a message and that message was to believe in yourself that you can anything in the world.
