Skipping
In the morning we usually go out for fitness and what we do is skipping, running and 3 sticks. We learned different skipping different running and different 3 sticks sometimes we do side to side with the skipping and back and forward. We like fitness because it helps our body and it makes our blood flow nicely and it also gets our brain working you can do this at home if you have a big yard you can train at home not go to the gym and wast your money.
